Rupert Murdoch, the 93-year-old media tycoon, has married for the fifth time. The ceremony took place at his Californian vineyard on Saturday. His bride is Elena Zhukova, a 67-year-old retired Russian biologist.
Murdoch's office confirmed the marriage, saying that he had planned to marry Zhukova for some time. The couple has been dating for several years.
This is Murdoch's fifth marriage. He was previously married to Patricia Booker, Anna Torv, Wendi Deng, and Jerry Hall.
Murdoch is the founder and former CEO of News Corporation, which owns a number of media outlets, including Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Post.
Zhukova is a retired molecular biologist. She is a native of Russia and met Murdoch in 2011.
